Lanarkshire Tenpin Bowling have dedicated a small page to Paul Traynor on his instant success since coming out of Retirement.It has been 8 years since Paul has bowled and inside 6 months has had instant success,

Paul Joined the Monday Night League back in December 2010. After 8 Years out of the game he wanted back! But I Don't think anyone expected what has followed.
His first Tournament back he finished in the top 4 at the Scottish Doubles with a 219 Average. Paul attended the next ranking The Adult Nationals. He Stunned everyone in the Singles as he took gold with 236 Average! This helped him qualify for the The Adult Masters where he finished 6th.
While bowling in the Monday Night League he took the 3 Game House Record with an Amazing 786 (262 Average) on the 9th May 2011! But he wanted a 300! The week after breaking the house record, he got his 1st 300! Everyone in the centre stopped to watch the last 3 shots go in! And to top it all off it was 12 shots in the pocket! This is only the 3rd 300 that has ever been bowled in Hollywood Bowl Bargeddie! But we don't think it will be Paul's Last 300 and believe he will break many more records!

After
some very competitive bowling Paul Edged out many opponents to secure his place
in the AMF World Cup. This is another amazing achievement after being out the
game for so long. Everyone at Lanarkshire wishes Paul all the Best on the 30th
November 2011 where he will start his quest for the AMF World Cup.
Everyone at Lanarkshire is delighted to have Paul back and are confident he will continue his run and qualify for the Scotland Team.
