- 2011 Report
This year has been an amazing year for Lanarkshire Tenpin Bowling.
The Monday Night League
has had an increase in Numbers.
We
currently have 4 Scottish Internationalists Whom have played or are going to
Play for Scotland this year. The list of places so far this year has been Kuala Lumper, Malaysia, Commonwealth Championships
with David Angus. Hong Kong, Womens World Championships with Holly Fleming.
Junior Triple Crown, England, Stephanie Fisher and Paul Traynor who will be
Representing Scotland in the AMF World Cup in
Johannesburg, South Africa in November.
Members
are on the rise. We are hoping for some new leagues after the summer. We are
looking for new and old members to start a trios League at the end of August.

After
summer we are hoping for a new Coaching plan for all members. Keep an eye out
on the website for further details.
The Lanarkshire Open is now being confirmed for November. We will have a link
up soon for the Tournament.
Lanarkshire Area Championships will be Held at the End of August. Dates to be
confirmed.
Trips to
tournaments outside of Scotland will be organised. Details to follow.
Junior
Membership is down. As the juniors are the future of our Association, we need
every member to bring their Son/Daughters, Grandsone/Daughtes to the League on
Saturday Mornings and help boost the numbers of the juniors. The result of the junior
league has produced Scottish Internationalist who are still currently bowling
for Scotland. The junior league can help them get around the World representing
their country. Please contact David Angus for more details.
The Lanarkshire Committee is always ready to listen to the members. If you
