A Nice Steady Start from Paul. A cool 200 average his kicked off Paul's 1st World Cup! He feels good and is looking forward to tomorrow morning.

AMF World Cup 2011
Paul Traynor does it again! After an already amazing comeback this year, Paul has now qualified for the 2011 AMF World Cup in Johannesburg, South Africa. Lanarkshire has had a few Representive in the Amf World Cup, and now Paul has added his name to that list.

Holly Fleming narrowly missed out in the Women's place. Holly has represented Scotland before in the
AMF World Cup 2010,  and we are sure she will be back.

Lanarkshires Paul Traynor  and Inverness Shire's Tania Yusaf had a great Warm up for the World Cup! Tania won the ladies doubles at the weekend! Paul got 2nd but put in a maybe National Record 1951 (8 games 244 Average) Well done to them both!

Paul Traynor Defeats James Coyne in the Final of the AMF World Cup Qualifier, AMF Glasgow.
Lanarkshire President David Angus said, "it's one of my proudest moments of being part of Lanarkshire Tenpin, seeing a bowler come back into the STBA, and then to qualify for a Major Tournament inside a year. I look forward to Watching Paul in South Africa."
